Bush commits another Act of God!

That idiot Bush, in another amazingly clever and devious attempt to thumb his nose at the world, has turned his "Natural Disaster" Machine against more blacks. Not content to inconvenience thousands of African-Americans in New Orleans, he is now striking out at African-Africans...the most African type of Africans on the planet!

In his sheer contempt, he has come up with the gravest insult to black people. Covering them with white stuff. The Democratic Black Coalition has yet to determine how the idiot Bush has been able to pull off such a brilliantly evil stunt, but they have called an emergency caucaus to discuss Bush's complicitness, and to ridicule him for smirking and wearing cowboy boots whenever the mood strikes him.
